How to get started

Start by getting a 30-day supply of a prescription drug at a local pharmacy.

Then, save time and money by ordering your next prescription order through Aetna Rx Home Delivery.

There are two easy steps:

Step 1: Get a prescription from your doctor for each maintenance medicine. It's usually a 90-day supply. See a sample 90-day prescription (PDF).
Step 2: Complete and mail an order form. Include your new prescription(s) and payment to Aetna Rx Home Delivery. Or, ask your doctor to fax your prescription(s) with completed order form.
