Important Amendment to All Producer Agreements

Due to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) enacted by Congress, there are now stricter guidelines with respect to HIPAA and your responsibilities as producers.  Please review the Amendment to the Producer Agreement  (PDF) for a summary notice of the changes.  Please note, you may also review the updated Producer Agreement  (PDF) in its entirety.
